    One of the first things I recommend is the CWAP (no longer a certification) study guide. I still haven't found a better book for Wi-Fi protocol.

    I don't think it will help you much, but I wrote a study sheet that I used for my CWAP. It is just for management frames. I haven't updated it since 2005 so it is missing the newer amendments.
