I think you're going to have to look into the Linux and hacking websites to get a good answer for this. Also look at products like Airmagnet, which are wireless Protocol Analyzers, and see what devices they support.

If you PM me, I can get you a copy of a large USB wireless comparison I did a while back. I'm afraid it's not really current, and it has no "n" devices, but it may help you some.
