Your school and instructor, will control exactly what you study in class for the CEH. However, to be able to pass the current exam, you'll have to know the same thing as everyone else taking the exam - so you'll be studying essentially what everyone else does. Go for the best teachers.

I got my CEH before my CWSP - I don't know which is better to take first. The CEH class concentrates on all aspects of hacking, not just wireless. Admittedly I find that the most interesting, but the class covers a lot more.

I suggest you read any books associated with the class well before you take the class. In a week long class you won't have any extra time to spend reading.

Be sure you understand IP addressing in relation to Routers (hard-wired type), subnetting, and broadcast domains
