    You are viewing these TKIP errors on the AP or controller right?

    Most AP's / Controllers have a way to shut down the TKIP countermeasures feature.

    Cisco calls this "TKIP MIC Failure Holdoff Time" but I'm not sure what vendor you are using.

    In a secure facility such as yours I would feel comfortable shutting down the TKIP countermeasures.
