  • Just wanted to update this post, so far it seems like Think Vantage Connection Manager is the culprit. Every laptop I have uninstalled it from has been working fine.

    Unfortunately uninstalling it from all the laptops is a huge process as there are over 3000 laptops in our company.

    I suggested that we should use group policies to uninstall that software and do it little by little so lets see how that goes.
