Unfortunately, it isn't proper to design a Wi-Fi network based on a diameter of coverage from each AP. You have obstructions (walls etc) that are attenuating your signal. If you are lucky, the controller has improperly lowered the output power for some reason. Log into the controller and set the power of the APs to manual and jack up their power to maximum. After a resurvey, let us know what your results are. If you still don't have enough signal, then unfortunately the solution isn't easy.
