Cradlepoint CTR500 problem

    Has anyone ant experience with these units, and if so have you seen any issues with the b/g radio going bad?

    I was onsite today to change out the antenna from an 8dBi omni to a 8dBi sector, customer was complaining of coverage issues. Before I even touched a thing I checked the RSSI about 10 feet away and it was @-75db! I then changed the antenna to a 12dBi sector and @10 feet away the RSSI remained unchanged. Power cycled the unit and still -75dB!!! Bad unit?
