My configuration of AP as follows,

Will my system AP1 be interfered with AP2 comes from other user?

That would depend on the channels and radios being used ...

Are both AP;s using the same channel and same IEEE standards ?

Both APs working in 802.11g.
Let's say the channel for both APs are different.
However, my bi-directional amplifier is operating in full band of 802.11b/g.
In order words, the signal from AP2 will be amplified and delivered to AP1 in the antennae system.
