Connection problems using WPA on the Cisco 1242 access point

Hi All,

This a quick heads up on a problem and fix that I have recently come across, whilst installing four Cisco 1242 aps and 8 handheld terminals that use the Aegis client.

Apparantly if you are using WPA to secure the network you need to use the following command on the 1242 to allow the terminals to connect "dot11 wpa handshake timeout <milliseconds>". The recommended time is 1000.

This fix worked for me and hope it is of interest to anyone with the same install.
