AP's operating at full power isn't perfect, but I don't raise the "security" flag at this. Yes, it isn't great design to have your signal go beyond the boundaries of your building, but only about .02 percent of all wireless lan's take into account signal passing outside of their buildings. Bring back thick lead paint. That is the answer. :)
