I don't know if they were talking about us, Cisco, or someone else. In CWNA's site surveying, we have said (and may still be saying - not sure w/o going through all of our materials) that 15-25% was recommended cell overlap because that's what almost every vendor recommended. Keep in mind that these numbers have always been directed at a purely non-time-sensitive data-only network design. wVoIP is relatively new, and we haven't included much information on it in CWNA at this point. Obviously future materials must take wVoIP into consideration.
