IEEE standards and CWNA inconsistencies

IEEE 802.1X is correct, IEEE 802.1x is incorrect.

The IEEE no longer recommends the practice described in IEEE 802.11F (remember F for flunk?). The document is only relevant now for historical purposes and is hard to find online.
