Before you switch (for the enterprise folks at the moment), consider this... Unlike UMA or IMS convergence solutions, DiVitas remains wireless infrastructure (Cisco, Meru, Trapze, etc...), PBX (IP or legacy), handset (must do WiFi of course), and cellular carrier (Verizon, Cingular, Sprint, etc...) agnostic. It extends PBX funtionality onto cellular; their key element is that the enterprise remains in control instead of the telecom carrier.

DiVitas
DiVitas makes enterprise-relevant communications networks transparently available to users through a single wireless handset and Fixed -Mobile Convergence (FMC) functionality that includes multi-network roaming, seamless handoff, and secure remote access. This extends enterprise security, management and cost control to wireless communications.
Their solution is very cool. As an authorized reseller, we would welcome the opportunity to demo their system (not a powerpoint, but a live working demo!) for any who are interested...
