  • I happen to agree with the general principle of waiting on "802.11n draft" equipment, but I do want to point out one contrary point. Certain companies (Apple being the most visable) started selling 802.11g draft equipment at least 6 months before 802.11g was given final approval. All of this equipment from reputable companies ended up working just fine with 802.11g approved equipment (in many cases after a firmware upgrade).

    I would strongly speculate that "802.11n draft" equipment will end up working just fine with 802.11n approved equipment. The reason I'd wait on buying 802.11n equipment is that most people simply don't run any applications that need it.
