The amp in question is a 500mW Teletronics outdoor amp with AGC. The receive gain is 10-14dB with a typical gain of 12dB.

In your last post Joshua you talked about the sweet spot and I understand that. You mentioned also the SNR. What would say is an acceptable range? I can provide data from Netstumbler if that would assist in our discussion.
