    Go to:
    Control Panel
    System
    Hardware
    Device Manager
    PCMCIA adapters
    Generic Cardbus Controller
    Right click
    Properties

    Is it working properly or is it enabled? Check the Resources tab for any IRQ conflicts;

    That maybe is the source: The Network adapters are tied to that Generic Cardbus controller.
