802.11e HCCA - Another (dead) PCF?

This blog track may be more dead than hcca. I am being funded by a state DoT to design HCCA extensions to my linux implementation of ieee 1609.[3,4], 802.11p. For ITS safety environments, polling is preferable as a means to control bandwidth allocations.

I literally just came out of the testing centre having taken the CWDP exam. The certification process opened my mind to different techniques and solutions. This knowledge can only broaden your perspective. Great job, CWNP, you have a great thing going on here.
