    Would you answer this question? and explanation. what is subcarrier?

    How many subcarriers are avaialbe for data transmission using ERP-OFDM?

    I had entered a good explanation to this question last week, when the website seemed to just dissapear. So this will be short .....

    There are 52 sub-carriers in OFDM, 48 of which are used for data.

    For the rest of your question, I suggest you read the recent articles on this site entitled "Understanding OFDM" by Rick Murphy.
