This is a good thread going out here.
Before deciding on whether to Reject /Accept an a Authentication request from a station mis behaving. It is good to test how often this particular
Mis behaving Scenario could occur with Diferent Wireless Cards.
One should also validate if the test case is a Negative test case .
If the scenario is not a common occurance then reject the Authentication
request .Vendors might have to think a lot about interoparabilty.
To be frank i have not seen a station misbehaving as described in your example .But i have seen Dlink cards sending unicast probe request.
