Prioritized QoS, is expressed based on traffic class priority. Voice is one of the classes that is given a specific priority. There is no guarantee of reserved bandwidth.
Call it a Feudal System based on Contention for Probable Access.
Parameterized QoS, allows bandwidth to be reserved.. End to End connections that are strictly ordered persay based on metrics like--- data rate,-- jitter. Can handle multiple streams and is more efficient or more predictable than prioritized.
Call it a Dictatorship or Totalitarian Government based on Polling for Predictable Access.
