How to enable PMK cache in Vista SP1

    Hi, Guys:

    Need your help on this issue.
    I found Vista SP1 cannot do fast roaming because it didn't cache the PMK while with the same envrionment WINXP SP2 can. because PMK cache is the feature enabled in XP SP2/SP3 by default.
    Is there any way can enable this function on Vista? I know GPO is the way but since I am not a domian user so how can I do it locally?
