I dont think 11n draft has mentioned about this scenario.
Encrypting an aggregated frame needs more processing power which requires additional hardware which leads to additional cost for a WLAN device. TKIP/WEP is done at software level and AES is done at Hardware level in a WLAN device. So encrypting an aggregated frame using AES can be archived easily. I don't think TKIP/WEP modules can handle such a huge data for processing it.
FYI - In TKIP, MSDU frame is used and for AES, MPDU frame is used.
