Infact it should input a message and the encryption should do the key mixing,send the RC4 seed plus the mic to the wep encapsulation for encryption.Then the decryption takes the output of the encryption to get back the original message.The decryption should perform the key mixing again, decrypt the message together with the mic and the output of the mic is checked against the original one.countermeasure is sent if there is forgery.
