    The 802.11i standard section 8.5.3.5.4 says that if STA does not receive message 1 of 4-way handshake from authenticator for certain time interval, then it sends a de-authenticate message to the AP/STA to terminate the association. This shall happen only first time after the PMK is established or every time when PTK re-keying takes place through 4 way handshake?
