There is a down side however. This is not a posted download, you must call Microsoft inorder to get it. Or, you can do like me and google it and probably find someone that has a link to download the hotfix. Then you can just keep it on hand so when you have the problem it is simply a quick fix. Unlike what microsoft says, I expeirence this promlem on most XP machines, but I primerely use Cisco ACS.
