EAP-FAST Synching up with NT Authentication

Our question relates to using Cisco NIC's and Access points and implementing the security feature called EAP-FAST.

"We used to use a WEP key and SSID, but a few months ago implemented EAP-FAST using a Cisco Secure ACS v3.2 radius server. There have been some random problems, but for the most part users can get on the network, but when there password expires they get locked out of their account. It seems like it might be an issue with synchronization between the NT domain and the ACS server."

Obviously we're working with the Cisco TAC, but now we're trying to see if this has been implemented successfully anywhere.
