Assuming that your security ciphers are correct I would go directly to the client.
1. Are you broadcasting your SSID's?
2. Are you using WZC for the supplicant

WZC has issues associating to SSID's that are not broadcast, (CWNA-cisco study has a good chapter on the issue). I have also had to when using the WZC has to highlight the SSID in question and hit the apply button to force it try again.

Just as a last note there is an option that says "connect to this network even if not broadcasting" ensure that is checked as well. Bottom line Microsoft wants you to broadcast if you're using WZC
