Adaptive Frequency Hopping

I have recently been approached about co-locating an AFHSS system with a dense 802.11g network in a large campus environment, that is utilizing all three non overlapping channels.
The AFHSS system vendor (http://www.wirelessdmx.com) boasts that WiFi does not interfere with their system and vice versa. However my cwnp teachings lead me to believe this is not the case.
I am not super familiar with the inter workings of AFHSS, but my thoughts are that if a busy 802.11 system utilizing all three non overlapping channels is co-located with a high powered AFHSS system, that the AFHSS system will not be able to avoid busy channels as they are all busy. Thus DoS'ing the 802.11g network.
Has anyone had experience dealing with AFHSS systems such as this? Any info is appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob
