cisco WLSM and WiSM

Please let me know what is the major deffernce between WLSM and WiSM.

The WLSM manages autonomous access points and the WiSM manages the lightweight access points. You want the WiSM, I don't even know if they sell the WLSM anymore.

I would go thin if you can. WLSE is stone age when compared to THIN. -
The WiSM was like a 4 month integration effort when Cisco acquired Airespace where they essentially took 2 4404-100 controllers and integrated it into a 6500 blade. I've had problems and bugs with it in the past. Stay with the 440x controller for now.
WLSM/WLSE, like previously noted, is stone-age stuff. Don't use it unless you have to. It takes a lot of fine tuning to get it working working just right (for config management).
