    I have a customer complaining about a roaming issue. The clients are doing a lot of roaming between APs even when the laptop is on the desk.

    I assume:
    - The client device is in close proximity to both the Wireless APs
    - Signal strength is similar from both APs

    How can I mitigate this problem?

    Another thing is that the APs are also running active scan every 10 minutes to find rogue APs, so maybe the clients also roam during this off-channel scan.

    I'm not sure if changing roaming aggressiveness is possible because there is a lot of different wlan chipsets and maybe this option is not available.
