FCC control indian reservations?

    Had a question in class regarding the FCC on indian reservations.

    Does the FCC have any jurisdiction in an indian reservation regarding the RF regulations?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Yes, the FCC has jurisdiction there. The air space and frequency domain "above" Indian reservation land does not belong to the "Sovereign" Indian nation(s), but steps are being taken to work 'with' Indian nations in this area.
